Research Center on Wellbeing and Organizational Performance
Where science and business meet.
We transform organizational data into empirical evidence, predictive models, and practical tools to build healthier, more sustainable, and higher-performing workplaces.

One mission: to redefine organizational standards

WHY
People are the foundation of a business’s success
People’s well-being affects how an organization grows, innovates, retains talent, and generates value. The question is no longer whether well-being matters. The question is how much it matters, what it depends on, and where to take action to truly improve it.
The Center was established to fill this gap: to understand which organizational practices truly contribute to improving people’s experiences and how these practices can be linked to meaningful outcomes for organizations.
“The value of research is fully realized when it addresses concrete problems and offers tools that support better decision-making.”
— Prof. Alberto Ferraris, SAA School of Management
WHAT
From scientific research to
useful tools for companies
The Research Center, in collaboration with the SAA - School of Management at the University of Turin, develops evidence, models, and tools to help companies gain a deeper understanding of their own organizations and translate what they learn from their people into concrete actions.
Validated Metrics
We identify psychometrically sound indicators to measure the most relevant dimensions of organizational well-being in the Italian context.

WHO
A common language between those who lead people and those who lead the business.
All too often, HR and CEOs speak different languages. Well-being is perceived as a cost, not as a strategic lever.
Investments in people struggle to gain traction on boards because they cannot be translated into compelling numbers.
This Center exists to change that conversation.
WHO'S BEHIND
A team that brings together science, organizations, and technology
The complexity of people requires different perspectives.
The Center brings together academia, behavioral sciences, artificial intelligence, and HR practice—because no single discipline, on its own, is sufficient to explain an organization.

Academic Researchers
They ensure methodological soundness, scientific rigor, and alignment with the international literature on management, organization, and wellbeing.

Wellbeing experts
They translate clinical, psychological, and organizational evidence into measurable constructs and tools that companies can use.

AI & Data Scientists
They develop analytical models capable of identifying relationships, patterns, and predictive signals in organizational data.

HR & field expert
They represent the perspective of companies, validate the models in the field, and help transform insights into realistic and sustainable actions.

THE MODEL
Solid scientific foundations. Technology at the service of decision-making.
The Correlation Model is the methodological core of the Center: the framework that connects people’s perceptions, organizational conditions, and business results into a single, coherent picture.
SCIENTIFIC FOUNDATION
From international literature to the Italian context
Constructs derived from scales validated in top-tier academic journals (ABS 4 and 4*), frameworks that incorporate the most up-to-date reviews by Sonnentag and Sorensen, and a psychometric battery designed to be rigorous in content and sustainable in everyday use.
TECHNOLOGY & AI
Predictive models that transform data into priorities
Inferential statistics, ridge regression, and advanced models to identify the drivers with the greatest predictive power, generate reliable benchmarks, and produce early warning signals—going beyond averaging, with tailored insights by population, role, and context.
