Trainect Corporate Wellbeing Survey
The first scientific study in Italy on organizational well-being and its impact on business performance
In collaboration with SAA - School of Management at the University of Turin
Why Participate
People’s well-being is a key factor in business growth. But how can it be measured scientifically? And what is its actual impact on performance?
With this research, validated and conducted in collaboration with the University of Turin, we have set ourselves two objectives:
-
to validate a rigorous and practical tool for measuring organizational wellbeing
-
to analyze the correlation between well-being and business performance using a sample of 100 Italian companies.

A scientific, practical and validated approach
The study is based on a review of the most up-to-date international literature (4/4* AJG journals),specifically the contributions by Sonnentag et al. (2023) and Sorensen et al. (2021), and uses a scientifically validated scale built around 10 key dimensions such as autonomy, workload, organizational support, and an inclusive work environment.
The questionnaire was designed to be streamlined, reliable, and easy to understand, while maintaining methodological rigor: 45 questions selected from over 100 indicators, with a section dedicated to company performance as well.
