A company specializing in software development, which also offers services in marketing/SEO and UX/UI design. The team consists of approximately 200 people and is spread across multiple locations worldwide, including some very small offices.
The HR team is lean and must manage employee engagement and retention in a fragmented and culturally diverse environment. In such a distributed organization, continuous and consistent listening becomes an operational necessity.
Problem
When a global team makes listening challenging
With an organization spread across multiple locations and cultures, Camara Soft needed a tool capable of continuously monitoring engagement and evaluating the effectiveness of HR initiatives. The tools used up to that point made the entire process too burdensome: creation, launch, and analysis required a significant operational effort, especially across multiple languages and with numerous open-ended comments, limiting both the speed and depth of the listening process.
The main challenges were:
Launching surveys quickly across different locations and languages without increasing the operational workload
Reducing analysis time, particularly for open-ended feedback
Having clear and immediately actionable reports for HR and managers to turn feedback into action
Gaining segmented insights while maintaining trust and participation

Scalable employee feedback: multilingual support, segmentation, and automated insights
Trainect was chosen to make employee feedback simpler and more scalable: surveys that are faster to create and distribute in multilingual contexts, automated analysis (including open-ended comments), and reporting that provides an immediate overview.
A key feature was the use of employee directories to enable automatic filters: reliable segmentation without overburdening HR and without compromising the perception of anonymity, with the ability to generate department-specific reports useful for managerial follow-up.
Results
With Trainect, employee feedback has been transformed into a faster and more manageable process, suitable for a global team and a lean HR team.
