Meditate in the morning, even just 5 minutes, could be a difficult challenge,  in fact, carving out time in a hectic and busy moment of the day is difficult especially if it is not already our habit.

But the benefits of meditation can really change the approach to the day and to the activities that await us, moreover meditation is a relatively simple practice becausedoes not require large spaces, mat, or appropriate clothing. 

Among the main positive effects that are found are the improvement ofability to concentrate, focus and remember. In addition to these functional benefits, those who meditate constantly tend to change their approach to existence almost inevitably.Excesses of anger, anger, intolerance, nervousness, stress tend to gradually decrease, until it disappears.

That's why we thought we'd organize this live broadcast where we can meet together with our Trainer Sara Usai, to practice meditation.Sara will guide us for 5 minutes…
