Trainect S.r.l.s, with registered office in 00185 – Rome, Via Calatafimi 21 (hereinafter, Trainect), has created the platform called “Trainect” (hereinafter, the Platform) which can be reached at the domain name https://www.trainect. it/ and any subdomains 
These conditions of use for the trainer (hereinafter, TC or Trainer Conditions) govern the relationship between Trainect and the trainers who organize an Event uploaded to the Platform. The trainer is registered on the Platform and has accepted the Trainer conditions and conditions of use, published on the website, which are hereby intended to be referred to in full and applicable;

1    Privacy

The trainer declares to have read the Trainect Privacy Policy, available at https://www.trainect.it/privacy-policy; this Policy governs the acquisition and use by Trainect of the personal data of the trainer.

2    Registration of Trainer events on the Trainect platform

To register on the platform, each Trainer must complete the "Work with us" format, providing personal data concerning him, information on the event provided for in the format and the mandatory acceptance of the conditions set out in paragraphs 3 and 4.
The trainer undertakes not to provide any incorrect or false information. In any case, Trainect cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the erroneous or false, innocent, guilty or willful information communicated by the trainer.

3    Platform use conditions and trainer conduct

By uploading the events on the Trainect platform, the Trainer undertakes to:
-    Follow the outdoor and online classes with professionalism and commitment, acquiring reservations for the event only through the Trainect platform. When different cases occur, the trainer is required to give official communication to Trainect to define how to proceed;
-    Share content to sponsor classes posted on Trainect
-    Participate in feedback sessions requested by Trainect
-    Ability to change the conditions of the event (e.g. date, time, location, training) communicated and uploaded to the platform only with the consent of Trainect
The application of penalties is envisaged, such as unilateral exclusion from the platform in the event of non-compliance with one of the conditions set out above.
It should also be noted that for each event Trainect may allow the participation of users for promotional purposes, influencers or users from other platforms (Groupon, Urban Sport, Smartbox). 

4    Payments

The trainer will be recognized all the revenues of his events, linked to the sum of the contributions paid by users to participate in the event, net of 20%, attributable to the platform management costs which will be withheld by Trainect.
Trainect is not responsible for invoicing the sums paid by the user to the Trainer as Contribution paid through the platform. The sending of the accounting and/or tax documentation, where necessary, will be performed directly by the trainer from time to time required to do so in accordance with the applicable legislation. Trainect is in no way required to verify the existence of the requirements, conditions and terms within which it is necessary to issue accounting and/or tax documentation, of any type and kind, to the user. For all other conditions, please refer to the "Payments" paragraph of the conditions of use published on https://www.trainect.it/
Payments will be made monthly (upon reaching a minimum threshold set at 30 euros unless otherwise agreed with Trainect) on the 15th day of the month following the month in question (e.g.: May payments are made on 15th June). 

5    Taxes, Licenses and Certifications

Trainect does not pay taxes on behalf of Trainers. Trainers are solely responsible for any taxes related to them and deriving from any revenues from events uploaded to the Trainect platform.
